What to Bring:
- A journal and pen, or something to write on
- Your Shaman cleansing stick that you started at last months ceremony. Don't worry if this is your first full moon ceremony with us, we will bring one for you.
- A yoga mat & Pillow or Anything cosy for you to get comfy on for the journeying/meditation/Healing part of the ceremony. If you don't have a yoga mat, no worries, we have plenty!
