TJ Henderson-Heigh has been working in the legal industry for 34 years. In 1989 TJ began studying law at the University of Oregon, School of Law, law library in Eugene, Oregon.

In 1993 he wrote a brief entitled “Right to non-bar counsel” and filed and argued the motion in Judge Ron Rainer's court in the case “State versus Garrison” and won.

TJ practiced in that court on constitutional matters for many years, winning 42 cases on the right to travel. In 1996 and 1997 TJ went to trust school in Palos Hills near Chicago, Illinois. He was invited to go to this trust school because of his knowledge in Title 42 sec. 1983 lawsuits. From 1997 to 2002 TJ won 86 tax cases on the administrative level, posing 1 question, “where is the duty to file?”.…
