A note on Cultural Appreciation: Cacao has been a sacred part of many cultures and we honor and respect all heritages and lineages where this plant medicine originated. We have much gratitude for those who originally brought these sacred traditions to life.

As a medium, Natalie has channeled many different tribes from those regions, and was encouraged to incorporate it into her sacred ceremony so it could open the minds of many more who are not aware of the spiritual and sacred blessings of the cacao.

What to Bring:

- A journal and pen, or something to write on

- Your Shaman cleansing stick that you started at last months ceremony. Don't worry if this is your first full moon ceremony with us, we will bring one for you

- A yoga mat & Pillow or Anything cosy for you to get comfy on for the journeying/meditation/Healing part of the ceremony. If you don't have a yoga mat, no worries, we have plenty!
