*Please note the new time for this week only!*

Qigong is an ancient way of keeping the physical body healthy and strong while creating more positive emotions and enhancing the mental functions. Jonathan Cunningham started studying Qigong in 1997 in his hometown of Greensboro, North Carolina with his teacher, the late Grandmaster Sunyata Saraswati of the Shen Tao Temple Monastery. During his time in the temple, Jonathan was introduced to several healing and martial arts such as Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Reiki, as well as several  Qigong forms from various cultures around the world. While in North Carolina, Jonathan began teaching publicly and privately in 2003 and since moving to Florida in 2009, he has continued teaching in various locations throughout the Southwest Florida region. He now resides in Sarasota, where he teaches Qigong for children at Mangrove School of Sarasota as well as several private and public classes throughout the area.
